In this six part series “Six Piece and a Carrie On” I break down the different areas I focus on while traveling: Google, accommodations, experiences, nightlife, wellness and food. In this first packet, I decided to be a tourist in my own city to give you a visual to how the process looks.
In this “wellness” episode, self care is key. I tend to be a DO THE MOST traveler, and jam my schedule with as much as I possibly can. In my mind, I didn’t spend this money and travel this far to leave any opportunity behind! But, I make it a conscious effort to incorporate wellness into my travels so I’m sure to also REST and recharge myself during my time off from my fulltime. I’ve known James for years and have watched his company and skills grow and diversify. He’s a LICENSED THERAPIST y’all, and good at what he does.
