Ep 155. Where Are The Black Travel Stories Outside of Social Media?

It’s difficult to see yourself in a story when you can’t see having similar outcomes. As much as I want to enjoy many of the popular travel movies our white faves have brought to life, it’s hard not to imagine things working out differently had the character they were portraying been Black. When if ever is it an artist’s responsibility to “include everyone” in their story? Where outside of social media do we get to enjoy diverse stories about Black folks and their travels outside of comedy and historical “trauma porn”? Dive in.

Be social!
